Request Summary: Under the ATIA, I am formally requesting the following information: 1. The name(s) of any and all staff members (presumably in Corporate Services but they could be located elsewhere) who were involved in the preparation and /or writing of the May 2018 Briefing Note (BN) note on Madame Ouellette's behalf, and 2. What exactly they stated surrounding my surplus situation and what information they specifically provided/stated in reference to 3 The name (or names) of the staff who provided the following information about me: i. In the "Current Status" section of Madame Ouellette's BN, it states: ii In the "Considerations and Analysis" section of Madame Ouellette's BN, it states: 4. The name (or names) of the staff who wrote/added the above noted statements (ie. 3 i & ii) to Madame Ouellette's Briefing Note (since this name or names might be different from the name(s) of the staff who provided this information.) 5 The exact information, words and /or details provided by this individual (or individuals). I am entitled to know (i) exactly what was said AND (ii) by whom - since everything they said about me is my "Personal Information" in accordance with the Privacy Act. 6. All draft copies, comments, suggestions, notes, messages, etc. of the May 2018 BN from Madame Ouellette to Mr. Berthiaume AND the names of all staff who had any input AND what exactly was their input/comments/suggestions, etc. 7 In Kathy Chow's APCM notes for, there is a note added on 2019-01-15 which states, "Melanie Swain had some questions regarding the documents that are being requested." Under # 2) it further states: "They have the docs that had been used for reference when writing the briefing note. However, the client already has them. Should they provide those documents for this request? Yes." I would like to know what are the specific docs that were "used for reference" when writing the Briefing Note AND I would like a copy of them. LAC has sent me many different docs so I am not sure what specific documents Melanie Swain is referring to when she made this statement.
