One or more individuals within ESDC appear to have implemented such alterations in June 2021. Please provide copies of any emails, phone logs or other communications, to or from the individual(s) who implemented the alterations, whereby such communications would indicate and/or confirm that alterations to the parameters and/or functionality of the GoC search engine were either: implemented; ready to be implemented and/or about to be implemented. Please also include any written records of authorizations to proceed with changes, or not to do so, from the supervisor(s) of the individual(s) who implemented the alterations. Please also include authorizations and/or feedback from the supervisor(s) of the supervisor(s), if applicable. Search dates Oct 3, 2023 to Oct 3, 2024.
