In what circumstances would the CNSC prosecute for retaliation? Give examples. 4. In what circumstances would the CNSC NOT investigate and / or prosecute where a site license holder has shown clear retaliation against a worker? 6. How many current CNSC staff have previously worked at CNL? 7. How many current CNSC staff members currently have family members including spouses and significant others, working at the CNL Chalk River site? 8.
