Request Summary: I would like to access training manuals for officers who assess applications for Open Work Permits for Vulnerable Workers (OWP-VW) for the period from January 1, 2020, to the most up-to-date version in effect today (March 8, 2024). All IRCC intranet pages that contain additional information about procedures to follow or the interpretation of the program that is not also posted on the IRCC website would be relevant. Whether there exists a Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) document specific to this program or dealing with the operations of one of the work teams where applications are processed as part of this program, I would like to have the entire document but, if it is quicker, I would like to access only the parts that concern OWP-VW.
